What materials are used in BinoMade backpacks?

We utilize military-grade 1050D Ballistic Nylon and premium 500D/1000D Cordura fabrics across our product line. These materials offer tear and abrasion resistance dozens of times greater than standard outdoor backpacks, engineered specifically to withstand extreme tension and harsh environments.

Are your backpacks fully waterproof?

Our backpacks are highly water-resistant, built to keep your gear dry in heavy rain and snow. We use DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coatings, TPU-laminated bottoms, and water-resistant YKK zippers. While they can handle severe weather, they are not completely submersible.

What size laptop can safely fit in the backpack?

Most of our everyday carry (EDC) and tactical commuter packs feature a dedicated, suspended shockproof laptop compartment designed to hold up to a 16-inch MacBook Pro or equivalent laptop securely.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship internationally, and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship globally. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on our website's tracking page to see real-time updates.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders rapidly to ensure quick delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be modified.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes for international shipping?

For international orders outside the US, your local customs authority may assess import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's local import regulations for more details.

Warranty & Returns

What is the BinoMade Warranty Policy?

We stand behind our gear. BinoMade backpacks come with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a seam fails or a zipper breaks under normal intended use, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or a warranty claim?

Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For warranty claims, please include clear photos of the defect. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization if applicable.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping. For standard returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
